Al Capone on Arthur Avenue

I came upon this scene in the Arthur Avenue Retail Market, on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, N.Y. I did a double take when I first saw this little scene. It does look a bit like Mr. Capone. I was equally amused by the tiki torch right ned to him!
